@omgnap No, Front Roll. An S Bend and a Front Roll are the same thing off the flat, but an S Bend is done laid out, Front roll is tucked and the whole body goes over itself.
I Want to try a double s bend, i am having enough time for a second rotation, but how do i iniate the second rotation? If i just keep looking and stay stretched out will i be rotating the second aswell?
