I’m pretty sure it is for tricks

My brother keeps doing wake board tricks in his room on the carpet and i want to know if that hurts the wake board or scratches it.

How do I get up on a wakeboard? My problem is when I am about to get up, I fall foward. What's wrong?

Its all about leaning back and having balance…
